But a little update. Run into if yous can discover anything suspicious in your environment variables (both user and organisation variables).
Become to Start, and so wait for System, so click on it. On the left pane of the System window, click Advanced system settings, then go into the Advanced tab on the new window. My judge would be this is malware installed by a scammer. I checked for the phone number and there is only 1 report that this number was used by a scammer in Jan of this yr.
If you did non pay for back up from this number then they will not provide "free" support. They will ask for money from you. Best example they are a legitimate support organization. Nigh likely case they volition overcharge you and potentially scam you for even more coin.
